Promotional or marketing use, subject to existing Media Release & Promotion Consent agreements

Ownership and permitted usage of creative materials remain governed by applicable artist, producer, or recording agreements.

Enforcement

Violation of this Record Production Session Privacy provision may result in:

Immediate termination of the session
Withholding of deliverables
Removal from the production premises
Legal, contractual, or equitable remedies where appropriate

6. International Clients & Cross-Border Data Transfers

For international artists and clients, personal data may be collected, processed, and stored in the Philippines.

By engaging our services, foreign clients consent to the cross-border transfer and processing of their personal data in jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ. Reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect personal information regardless of location.
